Flowers---the flowers on the communion table are given in to the Glory of God and in loving
memory of Emory & Ruby Barwick, by David Barwick (Charlotte) and Dan
Barwick (Columbia, SC).
Drivers: Now we need to get Christabel to and from pre-school. As you know, Mary Owusa
awaits citizenship, so she cannot drive (nor does she have a car). Just as we provide
transportation for Mary and her girls to attend church, and, just as we provided
transportation for Gladys to get to preschool, we now need to provide transportation for
Christabel. There will be a sign up sheet on the Sign-Up Board. Christabel will come two
days a week - Tuesday and Thursday. We have had someone volunteer to bring and pick-
up Christabel on every Thursday of the school year. If you can provide transportation home
for her on Tuesday please sign up to transport her. If you can only commit week by week –
the sign up will continue to be on the board.
Children’s Church—Just a friendly reminder that children’s church is for children ages 5-9
ONLY. Our older youngsters should remain in the sanctuary. Thank you for your help in this
matter.
Sign-up Sheets—the sign-up sheets for Flowers, and transportation for Mary Owusa are on
the bulletin board across from the office. Please sign-up so we can make plans to fill in the
gaps.
